I don´t believe the album´s name will be Prospekt! I think they´re just bluffing

Sounds good, it reminds me of the anticipated U2 3D movie... but since people may be taking their copies home, wouldn´t it be just like a DVD broadcast? In the other hand if maybe people wouldn´t be allowed to take anything exclusive home (for example, if it´s possible only to buy the band´s album, not the audio from that performance) wouldn´t it be better to broadcast it on the internet and make it available to everyone everywhere in the world? If this is a try to start using video as a way to restrict access to the band, I don´t support it at all! I mean if they launch the album in a live show and decide to broadcast it, it´d be amazing to make it available to all over the world, not only to some cities.

Ian posted this in the main site on June 16th: Rumours have been flying about recently regarding the release date for Coldplay's follow up album to X&Y. A source close to EMI, Coldplay's record company, said the fourth album will in all probability be on the shelves around February to March 2008. In addition, while as yet unconfirmed, a special DVD containing extracts of the recent Latin America Tour of early 2007, which included Chile, Brazil, Argentina and Mexico, may be released simultaneously. This would explain the 'Part I' unreleased material from Toronto in March 2006, which was only previously available as TV footage. Part II perhaps?"

I loved it!! It became a very nice place to people who love the band and visit their website everyday. Now we can remember good moments, watch some great videos, read some nice stories... the ones we usually only tell to our good friends! I had this feeling seeing the new website, that the band was getting in touch with their old friends :) I think it´ll look a bit confusing or even boring to people who don´t know much about the band and go to the site looking for lyrics, for example... but for fans, it´s just fantastic!!
