  1. I stopped watching, I don't want more spoilers. Sometimes I think we already know a lot about the halftime show lol
  2. Thanks for sharing, but I want to be surprised. we're just two days away from the big event!
  3. This is so beautiful! Your aunt did an amazing job! You're so lucky!
  4. It's not just about the culture of a specific country. People who doesn't know Chris will take his words too seriously, and that represents the majority of people. I guess that's why we see people saying "if they don't know anything about football, why are they playing the halftime show?"
  5. Welcome back! It was so good. He's the funniest!
  6. I haven't watched it, but it says we can see the whole press conference in this website http://live105.cbslocal.com/2016/02/04/watch-coldplays-super-bowl-50-press-conference/
  7. I love Will'd t-shirt and Guy's jacket. And I like how Guy is carrying his camera everywhere.
  8. What a lovely video! Chris is so involved in the whole performance and help YOLA to feel part of it at the same time he shows it to his kids.
  9. What a lovely story! For obvious reasons this reminds me to the very last line in Up&Up "believe in love"
  10. That's my favorite line too. Perhaps that's the song that led me to keep listening to Coldplay, just because that simple line means a lot to me.
  11. That was the best thing ever! I was laughing the entire time. So many hilarious moments! And a couple of lovely moments as well with UATW and mainly Heros being played. I don't regret being awake
  12. ^^ What impressed me the most was the fact that Coldplay has the perfect name for a cocktail or Coldplay has a cocktail name!? Lol
  13. lol of course it's amazing! I love it since the first time I heard it. And it was even better when they played it in the ITunes festival. I hope they played it during the AHFOD tour
  14. Hopefully we'll improve the way we express our opinions. There's no need to say disrespectful things about what other members are saying.
  15. It's good, we always learn something new every day. What led me to read more about this tradition. In Mexico people take their baby Jesus figurine to church the same way Virgin Mary presented him. We eat tamales because they're related to pre-Hispanic celebrations when Mayans believed people were made of corn and they offered this kind of dishes to their gods. And I've just read China is celebrating the New Chinese Year which can be related with light I guess. You can eat it the next day it doesn't matter if it isn't a special day. We eat something special because during the Epiphany Day or the Three Kings' Day we eat a rosca (a kind of cake/bread that has a donut form but bigger) and it contains a small baby Jesus figurine (el niño). If you get el niño you have to invite the tamales in the Candelaria celebration. I'm not sure about the origin I think it is related with the fact that we love parties and food!
  16. I've just eaten a couple of tamales. We're celebrating the Candelaria's Day, which is a religious tradition. This day we eat tamales, they're very delicious and are made of smashed corn.
  17. I thought the same as Chris has said he feels uncomfortable. After watching Adele's I could see she felt kind of awkward singing her own songs in a car whereas singing other kind of songs she was hilarious. But, according to what we can see in the snippet he enjoyed it!
  18. Both! :D I'm sure it will be worthy the wait if you choose to stay up late. Or if you choose to watch it on YouTube in the morning it will help you to wake up!
  19. Chris can show you how I feel sometimes whenever I try to speak/write in English :D
  20. I thought it had the same spelling lol plus I wasn't paying attention when I wrote it I usually write Special. Where is autocorrect when you need it more??? Lol
  21. They were nervous in that stage of their lives. They had only had like 5 years playing their own songs in front of lots of people. Their fame grew so quickly and they didn't know how to manage it. Now, they're confident, they have gained experience and after 20 years together they know their weaknesses and strengths. Chris is the one who has a bigger improvement (he has to as he's the frontman). He can interact with the audience easily and say whatever he wants even when people misinterprete him. The rest of the band has improved as well because they don't look like statues anymore lol that's my impression when I watch their earlier performances. But they have always had a big sound and that stands among the mistakes they have made.
  22. You're in a safe place to say so! This is truly a song for teenagers maybe this is the reason they don't play it now. But as you say, the melody is so good the band did a great job. Each one adds their unique sound with their instruments that makes this song especial.
