He was telling jokes as usual... :elephant: He said they tried impressionism and post-renaissance art and they were very good at it but then they decided to go for graffiti style instead! :laugh3: He went on saying that the only way to sell all these silly wall paintings was to give them away with a charity :P Genius! Oh, by the way, we were told that the big wall artwork (the one with the album cover on it) had already an offer of half a million pound! :stunned: Chris, Will+wife, Jonny+wife and Phil were there...I didn't see Guy and Jon Hopkins. Then there were also Brian Eno, R42, Vicky and Debs.

What a wonderful night!!! Just a shame for the tamburine woman, she has ruined at least three songs!! I completely lost my voice singing every single song and waiting in the cold for two hours, I don't know how you girls did it since 7am! Hey guys! Three years later I came back to see Later...with Jools Holland. My boyfriend managed to get 2 tickets again! Everything was like last time, no Coldplay fans apart from me and him. The other people were all quiet during the songs while we couldn't stop ourselves from singing and dancing like crazy! The first song they played was Hurts Like Heaven. After a few seconds into the song they had to start it again because there were some sound problems and Chris kept joking and saying "Are we fired now? ..you can tell us..we know we are too shit for this.."...And Jools kept joking "Yes, you are fired!"... Then they played Paradise and Charlie Brown. In the middle there was a short interview that will go on tv on Friday. During the chat with Jools they said that Brian Eno to inspire them said, among other things, that they should "cook like an Italian" :cool: Poor Guy, he wanted to sit with them at the table but an assistant told him the chair was for Jools and he had to leave! :\ The final 30 mins of the show were on air, so they played again Charlie Brown and then Every teardrop. It was really a great night and at the end we could go and say hi. Chris was the only one still there. I told him that three years ago we had taken a picture on that stage and so we took another one! He looks so much fitter and muscular! Then we could have a look at some of the instruments like this synth...it's interesting to see how they marked the keys with little stickers according to the songs...
