Klopt. En de post die ik via desktop deed zie ik niet via de app. Daarstraks opende de thread niet omdat 1e pagina fouten gaf maar dat is nu opgelost blijkbaar.

For those who have bought a ticket that has to be delivered, how much did you have to pay for the delivery? 10€ ? I have ordered a ticket by telephone. According to the ticketmaster website I have a reserved seat ticket which costs 79,00 € + 7,90€ for service + 20€ for international delivery = 106,90€. They send me an acceptemail to do the payment, but there the charge was 96,90€. We noticed it after I did the payment which was OK, the acceptemail status = payed. I'm guessing that the extra 10€ is for the order by telephone but that was not added up to the amount in the acceptemail. I have send a question to the Ticketmaster contact on friday but still haven't got an answer. :( I don't want to loose my ticket because some error ticketmaster is responsible for!

Volgens mij niet, voor de betaling kreeg ik een accept-email. In de "details" op de ticketmaster site staat 20€ voor postbezorging Buitenland. Een vraagje aan wie een ticket voor Amsterdam heeft geboekt: Omdat die ticketmaster hopeloos vasthing (op 4 verschillende pc's) heeft een vriendin van mij via telefoon een ticket voor mij besteld. Ze heeft een mail gekregen met een link voor de betaling en die heb ik direct uitgevoerd. Status = betaald. Ik geraak niet echt wijs uit de samenstelling van het ticket. Prijs = 79 € + 7,9 € service kosten. Via de link in de mail moest ik 96,90€ betalen. Hebben jullie een idee van de verzendkosten? Ze zag een tijdje later dat het bedrag nog eens met 10€ verhoogd was (kostprijs telefonische bestelling?) maar daarvoor hebben we geen extra mail gezien. Ik heb ticketmaster.nl een bericht gestuurd via het contact formulier en hopelijk reageren ze er op. *zucht*, hopelijk ben ik mijn ticket niet kwijt omdat het bedrag door hun fout niet juist is in die betalingsmail.

Ok, I'm in again. I had to break in at the Multimedia Section in order to get a screen to login again. :D

I'm still having problems with the App. I have reinstalled it and now I can't find a way to login again. It is only showing me the Options icon. :(

Ticketmaster, what a disaster. I couldn't get in for 1 hour and then all seats were sold out. So glad they announced the second date and I got a ticket. :) I'm also going to Wembley on 19/6, that was much easier to get. So happy!!

By the way, if you go to this link http://www.ticketmaster.nl/event/coldplay-support-act-tickets/156251?language=nl-nl in Firefox, you can still see the tickets. At least on my laptop, in IE I can't see them anymore.

There are still a few tickets available in 501 - 503. High up and dry :) I had a pretty good ticket reserved but messed up because my popup blocker was holding back the login/payment page. :angry: I clicked on the message and ticket was gone. That was a wise lesson!
