Has anyone even heard a clip of the song yet, if so, could you please post it up!!!! I was hoping for a leak, or even a 10 second clip ffs, I first heard a clip Speed Of Sound in early April 2005, this is rediculous considering the amont of reviewers and radio stations have a copy of the song.

I'm starting to think the album really is just called 'Viva La Vida' rather than VLVODAAHF, I like the shorter title better though, it's got more ring to it.

It's Violet Hill, I read a review of the song and at the start, it said "Chris Martin described 'Violet Hill' as "A song everyone must hear before they die"" Can't wait for Violet Hill!!!! I really can't believe it's only about 20 hours until we hear the song!!!

Is it not possible May 6th is the radio release of the song? or the video release?

There will likely be a hidden track, which means there will be 8 or 9 tracks left over. If the album has only 9 songs on it, I can't see Coldplay releasing more than 2 singles, but those two singles could contain 3 or 4 b-sides each. REMEMBER : If there's one thing I've learned with Coldplay over the years it's that they're obviously not going to release every track they recorded during the VLVODAAHF sessions. No-one's mentioned 'Rainy Day' and 'Lost!' for a while, it's possible we might not hear these, they'll be at least two songs that prospekt mentioned that we'll likely never hear. Although, there will, without a doubt be new songs performed on tour. It'll add up to about the same amount of tracks released during AROBTTH (incl. b-sides) about 18 songs, just presented in a different way. I'm sure the album will be fookin ace though! =)

My favourite song lyrically is Fix You, I'm bored of litening to it cause of the melody, but their my favourite lyrics, I also like Low.

The only one that looks genuine, and 'Coldplay-esque' is 'Sleeping On The Minefiled'. I'm not sure about 'Forward In Time', maybe that might be just a hoax.

In the past day (I think) there's been 5 new Coldplay songs announced on wikipedia: 1. Snow Covered Window 2. Sleeping On The Minefield 3. Double Sunset 4. Forward In Time 5. The Let Out Cry If you ask me, I'd say their hoaxes, but looking at the theme of the album (sort of war theme) a few of these are believable like "Sleeping On The Minefield", "The Let Out Cry" and (possibly) "Forward In Time". (I don't know how long exactly these titles have been up, or if any one else has noticed them yet)

Also 'A Bucket For A Crown' : 1. A 'bucket' is a slang term for smoking cannabis through a hash pipe. 2. a bucket for a crown might be a metephor for using drugs to gain a higher state. 3. what does he mean by this?... "listening to a session by Noel Gallagher" The metephor of the name 'Gallagher' has became one of a violent nature since Oasis came about, and 'Noel Gallagher' is well known for his drug use (even though he doesn't do drugs any more) So if bucket for a crown is about drugs, then he's basically saying he repeated Noel Gallagher and took drugs. Songwriters often write about drugs but use metephors to describe and hide what they are really talking about, (this is also what Noel Gallagher used to do, which brings us back to the line in 'A Bucket For A Crown'.

I know, I'd hate to see Chris on anything harder than pot, if the next album's even half as big as X&Y was, it could be life threatning, and it'll mess up his head.

Coldplay's rules from the very start was to fire any member who used hard drugs, but what about soft drugs like cannabis? I think Chris Martin might have been on drugs. By 'jumpy' I mean very panicy and nervous, which is a common side effects of drugs, even soft drugs. I thought Fran Healy from Travis would never be the sort of guy to take drugs, but even he ended up getting hypnotized to put hjim off the thought. The more successful you are, the easier access you have, they can literally be put right infront of you or given to you free when you're famous.

I think LP4 will be coldplay's fastest selling album since nearly everyone who bought X&Y loved it, but I think that if it's more of an acoustic album that X&Y then I truly doubt it. I think it will be a success and in my opinion, give it a couple of years and I think it will have sold 8-10 million.

Other Songs with exclamation marks on the end such as 'Lost!' and 'Yes!' aslo hint to a edgy person.

HAS CHRIS MARTIN STARTED TAKING DRUGS? Is Chris Martin on drugs? I heard that his marriage is falling apart (which could be because his use of drugs and looking at the new songs he's been writing, the titles suggest he's been taking cannabis (I asked someone about this) I also heard that he's finding it hard to cope under the pressure and as a member of one of the world's biggest bands, he's gonna have easy access to these things. I know you might say he would never do that, but that's what I thought until I heard the title 'Leftrightleftrightleft' , it hints that the writer is someone who's jumpy and that's a common side effect of drugs. In my opinion, I think he just doesn't want to dissapoint fans so much that he's moved to drugs. It's what happened to Damon Albarn when writing the album 'BLUR'.
