Are you sure? I'm checking now the BBC website and it seems that in Stafford and Wolverhampton it will be light rain and the temperatures will be between 13 and 15º.

I would say there is a 30 % chance at the minute. Its looking likley that it will be dry at the start but the eveing is iffy. ! The link does not say when it will rain but I checked the weather on the TV and its looking pretty positive.
