Since everything in this thread is usually an expression of anger or disappointment, I'll tell a happy story.

 

 

I coach a football team, I say coach - I basically just do whatever is needed of me, if that's coaching, refereeing, organising, whatever. I'm the guy who does all the work haha. Anyways, we won the league this year. We have one game left, at the end of the month. It'll be not only my 2 year "anniversary" since I started doing it, but also my last game. Cause I'm most likely moving away to go to University.

 

Today, being my second to last game potentially. We won 7-0. Our forward scored 4 goals, moving his total for the season up to a staggering 40. He got 36 last season also. And Joe, our midfielder, scored his first for the club after being here about 2 month. John and Gary were the other scorers.

 

Yeah, the names mean nothing to you. But it's important for me. So yeah. That's what I'm thinking right now. How when I'm 40 something and my son is in his early teens, he's gonna have the best football coach and team in the whole of Newcastle and I'll feel as good about that team as I do about the one I'm with right now.
