November 20, 200916 yr Um.. I named my heart "Chuck" for no apparent reason. Sometimes I think it was because of the show. I don't want it to beat anymore. I just want it to stop while I'm asleep. Yeah, iron. I feel weak. Well, I'm pretty fucked up, so diseases + stress + shitty life + loneliness = Me. ?? my telepathic abilities might be perceptive, but if I have the courage to access them is another matter.. Put your mind in a restful state; be at peace, and all will be good. If I can control my heart rate, I'm sure you can too - it's all in the mind.. I know anemia is an issue for women - do supplements help? Cereals high in iron? Is it not retained well in your body? I'm not as familiar with anemia as with other things..
