the ironic thing is lol, i didnt actually start playing it till ike 4 years after it was realised. I originally got the first one for my amiga but i was too young and got bored with it quickly lol. But when I got it for the pc, the boys at school and I used to like chat about it and raced each other to complete it...

I prefer Grim Fandango.That's one really good game. ;)

I think I played one of them for a few minutes once..it was cute!

I think I prefer the original Monkey Island to the others.

 

I have Monkey Island 4, and it's incredibly funny, but it's sort of lost it's charm. There's something about it that isn't quite right, although it's still a very fun game. I played Monkey Island 3 for a few minutes and got incredibly bored.

 

Monkey Island 2 was very nearly as good as the original, and it was just as hilarious, but the puzzles in the original were much more fun, I thought - the sword fighting was brilliant.

omg I have that game on Playstation 2! My bro bought it for me..I actually liked playing it till the game I had saved crashed! :( I never got to finish it!

Oooooh there are ppl who haven't forgot it? Man it was so ingenious. Terrible graphics in pt I & II but I didn't notice it next to the humour etc. :D

:lol: Indeed I often think about the times on Monkey Island. I must confess I've never played pt IV, my comp didn't let me play pt I and I couldn't fix pt III although I wasn't far with the game. :embarrased:

Well, what can I say... Monkey Island is definitively the best game I have played, since, let me remember... since I was 10 years old
