yeah i understand what you mean. it's not good when you don't "click" ( gah i sound retarded :dozey: ) with your workmates. cos then it effects to that if you like your work or not. bah i know i'm only 16 and i don't have that much work experience but i was at this work practice last year and thr crew was awesome and i really enjoyed being there, then compared to this place where i was two years ago.. well the athmosphere was just too direct for me :confused:
