I dont wanna talk to my "boyfriend" all the time. People need their own time to themselves, they dont always wanna talk to their boy/girl. It's called space. Works well for my relationship anyway...although in my case it may be TOO much space. :/

If I talked to my boyfriend all the time, we wouldn't be a couple anymore.

 

We're both too much for each other some times. We need our "alone time". Trust me...alone time is important in a relationship as well.

If you don't mind me asking, how long were you dating your boyfriend before you moved in together? :)

Well... I think we knew each other a year before he moved in with me and my bitchy roommates when I was in 3rd year of university. Now, we have been living alone together since April of last year (at which point we knew each other 2 years). So now we've known each other for almost 3 years, it will be in April anyway.

 

It's kind of confusing because we had met on the internet, where we spoke (on the phone as well) for 4 months before meeting, so it seems like we've known each other for much longer.

My boyfriend doesn't want me to renew my lease on my apartment and instead wants to get a place together. But i'm not sure. By the time we move in together (if we do), we'd be together for a year..and a half..and that's short to me, I think. :lol:

Yah, I am going through some tough time right now too, speaking of renewing leases. The rent is going up at my place to $1044 for a one bedroom and den in Kitchener. Which they think is a 'modest increase' from $995. Its a really nice apartment, but it was too expensive when we first moved in and now its bordering on impossible. So we are looking for another place as well. I hate moving more than anything.

 

How much is your place if you dont mind me asking.
