Because the complete and utter degridation of this forum came along when people decided it was ok to spam about topics that were not just inconsequential but also bothersome. It's a sarcastic saying, sarcasm isn't just "you think", infact to get sarcasm correctly you have to understand every corner of it.

I'm sorry. I know you like to look smart but in no way was calling him a retarted german sarcastic, it may be an expression that doesn't perticularly mean much, but it is not sarcasm.

Sarcasm is also in the way you say something, i don't care if i look smart of stupid, i'm too blunt and rude to give a flying barrell of monkey droppings to care if people percieve me to be smart or not.

Yes i am fully aware that you cannot hear the tone i say it in, that's one reason i say such ambigious things. To see how people take it, if they take it in a way i didnt mean it, it means i can have some fun. If they know how i mean it, then more power to them...
