I don't know why i'm so stressed. I'm crazy. Wah.

I dont think my stress reliever is a helpful one.. but I usually smoke.. :embarrased: I smoke herbs if they are handy.. if not.. stogies.. :embarrased:

When I'm stressed, I'd usually smoke a cigarette but I quit and i'm kinda at a loss as to what i should do now. hahaha :lol:

apparently anything scented vanilla is supposed to relieve stress and calm you down. so light vanilla scented candles.
