However...I didn't know this, and I didn't see it on the site (although I really didn't search)...the album is being released in Japan on June 1...which is, what? 6 Days away? I think we can expect to be seeing leaked copies around that time :D

Erm...MTV will have it nice and leaked for us in their "The Leak" section on the 31st.

and i leave to go camping early on the 31st =\. i hope its put on the leak at midnight so i can get a quick listen before bed.

I'm going to try to not hear the leak when it comes out on the 31st on mtv. I'm going to wait until the 7th, get chemically enhanced, and listen to nothing but the new album all day and all night. I want it to be as fresh as possible in my mind.

Problem is that you must have enough self-control to only listen a couple of times and not overdo it. I suggest listening to just the teaser clips and wait for the real deal on the 6th/7th. Nothing beats a great stereo system to reveal the full brilliance of an amazing album.

Hearing the SOS b-sides before release kind of spoilt my enjoyment.... so maybe I'll be a good girl and wait :D

I ordered the Japanese release of X&Y and I plan to listen to it whenever it arrives. I don't like listening to streams of albume because the sound quality is greatly lacking, and there is nothing like listening to an album for the first time very loudly with surround sound.

Actually, listening to the Sos b-sides before the release was not good for me either.

I will wait til' the release :)

I think I'll wait. But I'm going to have to wait until the weekend after it's released before I can get it, as I have school and exams :cry:

It's staying on their site until the album comes out. The quality exactly like the album. I usually listen in to all their Leaks, never sounds badly.
