In the UK survey of 5,000 people, Coldplay was named 8th best live band, ahead of Faithless and REM.

The poll was commissioned by Carling to celebrate the UK's live music scene.

Have you actually SEEN Radiohead live? I really doubt it, you don't seem like the kind of person who listens to them.

 

I would put Radiohead at #1. U2 is second. Coldplay is a good live band, but they're not even in the same league as Radiohead is live. Once upon a time the Stones may have been good, but to put them so high on the list is just stupid.

everyone has the right to say his opinion...but m8 pls be nice

if you've been to a U2 concert, you'll notice the drastic change from a normal concert. I agree they are the best live band ever, though i am biased, but they well deserve it, check out the Slane Castle DVD. F'ing amazing. "Where the Streets Have No Name" blows you away! Cool Coldplay made the top 10, with only 2 albums lol.

I think Coldplay is the best band live but at least play better than other band well in my opion I say COLDPLAY IS THE BEST!!!!!!!!!! :)

That's a cool list.

I agree with U2, Oasis, Radiohead, Coldplay, Faithless and REM.

Haven't seen the other bands...

In my opinion, both Radiohead and Coldplay kick major ass. Then again they're two quite different bands, so for me it's kinda hard to say which is better.
