Mine was at woolies and I only stayed there 6 months, and it was when i had just turned 16. I remember posting on here when I got the job though!

My first job was and still is at Sainsbury's. Boring, but the pay is ok, so I'm going to stick to it for now but I want out desperately!

oh i don't even remember how old i was for my first job, i was like in 7th or 8th grade so 13 or 14, and i babysat. i babysat somebodys kids (changed families twice) every summer till mid-highschool and said screw that it sucks. became lifeguard at 17 and have been doing it since, i even do it at uni, it pays quite nicely. but definitely not something i'm gonna continue once i'm otta school :rolleyes:

I worked at Wendy's for about 2 weeks :P

Have had my current job for 3 years. :)

My first job was at a garden centre, mainly packing stuff or sweeping floors,or nicking food from the pick n mix..

Garden centre security guard, mainly responsible for the "Pick 'n' Mix" section! :lol:

I love Woolworth's Pick 'n' Mix!!! :lol:

Well, then in that case yes unfortunately :/ I just love the subtle difference in meaning that words take on in other countries :)
