Hi, I can’t get to the crystal palace concert until about 6:30pm due to friends needing to work late. I have seating tickets, not sure exactly where as I don’t have them on me. Do you think it’s too late to go at this time? Would we have a difficult time getting to our seats? Would the dorrs still be open? Any advice would be greatly appreciated…

you're fucked if you're getting the train, it was a disgrace at clapham junction trying to get the gig last night.

left waterloo at 5.45, got to crystal palace just as supergrass were leaving the stage at 8pm, plus there were a hell of a lot of people behind us at the train station, we only just made our train home at 23:40, after leaving the gig before they played fix you (about 22:20).

good gig, but i'm never ever going to a show at crystal palace again.

not really, considering i'd of been stranded in london, and i had an interview this morning.

few bands are worth that sort of risk, and coldplay definitely ain't one of them ;)

i drove from Truro, in Cornwall... got their in good time, got back in good time too :smug:

 

driving in london is scary though :(

Next time, if I go to crystal palace, I will drive to Basingstoke, then get a train to clapton junction.

 

The last train from Clapton to Basingstoke is at 1:13, so i know I can get to basingstoke.
