hi mate any tips on how to be a better player on guitar as i have been playing 3yrs im not bad but not as good as you by the sounds of it ...

the main thing is to practice. all ive done is practice a lot for a year. also its good not to get frustrated with it and to have fun getting better ya know? its important have good, comfortable guitars too because if its really hard to play then your not going to learn. its just time. rome wasn't built in a day innit.

Yeah, get someone who can play guitar well or someone who knows a bit about guitars to go with you if you ever buy a guitar. I have had friends in the past who are just learning and have got new guitars that 'play' awfully. They never seemed to achieve much, and if they did it took a while.

My first guitar was a Washburn Chicago Series and wasn't expensive at all, but it did have a really decent 'action' and I enjoyed playing alot.

I now play a US Tele but that's another thing.. :D
