Ben Kenney....he's also part of the "Incubus Side Project" Time Lapse Consortium..

i heard that Incubus actually kicked him out, he didnt choose to leave, they made him. why does he have another name of Alex by the way? thats to bad to :( because Incubus is one of my fav bands. i read something on a site that Ben Kenney of The Roots might play some bass for them

Hey TheGreatDivide!! Welcome to the board!! Yes, I heard the same thing.. apparently, they had artistic differences so they asked him to leave, which is sad b/c Kasia and I love them so much. Ben Kenney is gonna play for them. He plays bass for the Time Lapse Consortium which is Jose's and Mike's side project.

 

Oh, and Dirk Lance is his stage name. Alex Katunich is his actual name!

Yeah, they do look cool, but it just doesn't fit with me.. I'll get used to it though.
