i finlly haven't gone to the beach... i was having a siesta for like 3 hours :o

wow!great siesta!.....today I woke up at 8.30 and did some cyclette(like 50 minutes or so) then had a dush, worked and played a little bit guitar in the afternoon and then worked again:p....I should go and wash my hear now, but Anna´s just come back so I think she´s gonna call me in some minutes:D

Today i watched a tv report on the news about italian ice-cream parlours. :D

they said that ice-creams were brought to Italy by Marco Polo, and that there are traditional ice-cream parlours where they home made the ice-cream daily, and try new tastes each year and there are some parlours that are runned by the same family since 5 generations. wow. :D

 

btw i'm ok, although we are yet in orange alert i think, is 31ªC and humidity is 65% so it's too hot. :( and i haven't gone to the countryside today as i wanted to...
