well i actually didn't even want to have it in the first place..but my dad wanted to buy it, so..

I'm having a cello exam on tuesday..and i should know how to play about 7 songs or something..and i still screw up with some of them, so yeah.. but i know i will be fine..

Haha, usually the exam is like..you play 4 or 5 songs solo and the jury will judge you..if you did shit,they will say it,ahah.

They will also give me a song in front of me and i will have 1 minute to check it out..and then i just have to play it..i'm kinda afraid of that.. because they will change the clef in the middle of the song i should know what to play

Well, in finland in the music schools we have to pass exams, just like in real schools..there would be no point of having us there as students if we didnt learn a thing.

Well anyways, there is this kind of "serie of exams" 1/3, 2/3 and 3/3 and i've already passed the first two parts of it, so now it's the time to pass the last one..and after i've passed it i've like finished my "comprehensive school of music" :P

 

My teacher said that she wouldn't put someone in the exam if she wouldn't be sure that the person can pass it, so i guess i'm doing just fine
