Ok, what is all that stuff Chris wears on his hands?

 

I know he's got the = for MTF on his left, and that bandage looking thing on his right, but what are those colored rings on his left fingers?

Ok there was something about this in Rolling Stone or Blender or something, I know there's a scan floating around and I don't have it.

 

Maybe search, but I'm sure someone'll post the picture.

It's 3m colored Tape.

I caught one of these ( the green one) at the Cinn. show on aug 9th. check it out in my pics.

 

I went out and bought a pack and now it sits waiting for me to have it signed by Chris one day!

Im sure i read somewhere that he wears the coloured tape to draw attention to the = sign....i'll try and find it... xoxox

He is wearing red and blue gaffer tape on his middle and index fingers, designed to draw attention to the Make Trade Fair "equals" sign he has drawn on the back of his hand. He never misses a chance to deliver the message.

I thought the coloured tape was there to match the album cover.

I think it was originally to draw attention to the = and now it kinda fits with the album too, which is cool. xoxox

 

(PS-i had to mention this somewhere and didnt want to make a whole new thread about it, but HOW AMAZING is the part in the 'Fix You' video when Chris quickly puts his hand up by his face to show the MTF sign and then kinda stares at the camera!!?!? :D It's quite near the beginning, oh dear lord he looks SOOOOOO gorgeous!!!! Anyone know which part i mean? :huh: )

Of course. It's the part where he "flashes" the logo, as I like to call it, during "stuck in reverse"

Well I got it at Wal-mart in the painting center I think or you could look at radioshak something like that :P

Yay! I just went to Wal-Mart and got a pack of this exact tape. It was near the automotive section for some reason. ^_^
