That's quite terrible for a team! The fans are the blood of a team, if you put them away, it's the end! I think that Inter fans deserved a strict punishment, but that overpasses good sense!

Of course you're right that it is very difficult for a team to play in an empty stadium. But they had to be punished and I don't think four matches are that much for what happend. I mean players could have been seriously injured by this incident.

Those people just have to see that they damage their own team by doing this. Of course the situation is difficult for Inter and it ain't their fault, but how do you think they should have been punished?

Anyway, I doubt that this will stop the visitors from doing that. There are stupid people and there always will be. That has nothing to do with being an Inter fan or disliking Milan or whatever...

I don't think so. It's worse for a team to play in an empty stadium than to play away.

 

If the matches had been in a foreign stadium, some Inter fans still would have gone there to support the team.

... you have to say Chelsea are on pretty good form, great result for Porto at home to Inter, Real Madrid turned it around to win 4-1 against Rosenborg, Rangers were dissapointing against Artmedia ... a game they should have really won ... great match between Fenerbahce and Schalke 04 finishing 3-3, Lyon beat Olympiakos while Milan and PSV played out a 0-0 stalemate .... and Liverpool were pretty lucky to win 1-0 away at Anderlecht
