haven't seen a thread for aussie music so...

i added the New Zealanders here cause well admit it we consider some of them aussies :rolleyes: (crowded house- i used to think they were aussie :embarrased: )

so post your ideas on how you feel the australian music industry is heading, artist that we should all know about etc

Aussie Rolf Harris has led a group of more than 100 artists to recreate a giant canvas of a famous portrait of King Henry VIII in London's Trafalgar Square. Most involved were keen amateurs who painted panels, which were then assembled. Rolf on Art:The Big Event was broadcast live on Britain's BBC One. the picture is based on a potrait by Bavarian painter Hans Holbein the Younger. "It's a great oppurtunity for people to try out their artistic flair," Harris said.
