What is better? I have a standing ticket for Manchester, just wondering what you think is better?

I had standing tickets for the Oslo show and I wouldnt changed it for sitting... Its just such a good feeling jumping around like a maniac with your hands in the screaming the songs just infront of the stage... It was great.

 

never had seating tickets though, but I'm glad I chose standing...

I have bought a standing ticket, havent been to a concert before so I guess I cant really say but I bought a standing ticket as I liked the idea of jumping around near the stage.

I had sitting tickets but everyone always ends up standing up and jumping anyway :D

Yeah I've got sitting for Earl's Court but we will be up anyway! :P

But standing is still the best tickets, especially when you stand in the front, so close that you almost can touch the whole band! :P :)

Meh, you'll end up standing even if you do have a seat anyway.

i had 2 seats, for me and a girl-friend........... so near @ the stage, amazing, i think 10 meters(30 feet) really great

Sitting is NEVER as good as standing, unless it's a classical, jazz or soul concert where there isn't going to be any jumping around/dancing.

The atmosphere in all-seater football stadia is vastly inferior, too. Even if you're standing up in front of a seat, the seat restricts your movement, and you don't feel as close to people.

I would say standing is better.......I watched the people sitting last week and this was totally different from standing...ok they stood up but I think the atmosphere was diffeent there....they weren't a part of the whol thing as we were! :D

Standing, always standing, that's how you feel the real excitement...

So if i want to get the dream 'front and centre' spot in front of the stage i would have to buy General Admission and basically line up on the day of the concert hell early right? :idea2: ?

I had standing but I stand up for it so if your going to sing along and dance standing is better! like I also had standing ones and its better
