Don't quote me on this, but, I believe that the Australian release of the single has both Sleeping Sun and Gravity on it, and is a CD.

 

As for songs like 'Deserter,' 'This Hollow Frame,' 'Eyes for Eyes,' and 'The Alchemist,' I doubt that we will ever hear them as they were only demo songs.
