May 11, 200620 yr the difference is erm college is like the two years where you study and get grades to get into uni whereas uni is a degree .. maybe its different in brazil? haha well if your broke then you'll have no money to spend :) but tehre is credit cards .... ! the weather is still absolutely stunning here!
