Would any of you guys go to a Coldplay concert on your own? I am already seeing them with a friend on 14/12, but i can just scrape enough money to get a standing ticket off ebay to see them on the 15th....only thing is i would be on my own as know one else will go with me/can afford it....shall i go for it? :/ Im sooo tempted!!!

I went on my own in June.............................you can't rely on other people!

yes, if my concert-going-alone experiences are anything to go by, you'll have a great time - just be friendly and chatty with the people around you and you'll enjoy it in a completely different and unrestricted way.

Eeeee im soooo tempted to just buy it right now before it goes....the seller has 100% feedback and seems genuine....my sisters telling me not too and that im totally crazy....fuck what do i do? Aaaaah!

Go for it.. steph.. I am sure you will come accross people.. be friendly... I know what u mean though sometimes doing something by yourself its not the same as you dont have anyone really to go on about it with...

 

However just think we all would be with you in heart in mind on here... I often think when I know fellow coldplaying members say there are going to gigs as I know its a great moment in their life... I had a dream about someone going to a coldplay gig once... thankfully the dream itself did not come true.. as I remember her saying, that they turned up late and only stayed on for a hour.. !

and you definitely won't have any problems there on your own. the people I met in oberhausen were reeeaally nice and it shouldn't be hard to make new friends there. ;)

I've never been to a concert by myself but to go to Coldplay anything is worth a try!!!

 

If they come to Brazil I dont care how far I'll have to travel, I'll go and if it means going alone... no problem!!

 

And yeah, be friendly, everyone is in a good mood in concerts, so you might even make some new friends :D

Hehe thanks for the replies guys, and yeah i hope i make some new friends! Im quite a chatty person so i should be ok! Plus i could chat about Coldplay for hours, but never can coz no one wants to hear it - but im thinking i might have people to talk to about them at their concert! :)

Awesome good for you. I might actually be by myself for the Tampa concert. I'll probly be on the floor. I've actually been to about 5 concerts by myself. It weird, but kind of fun. You can make friends. :idea2:

Im still so happy today!!!! :) I wasnt gonna tell my friends, but then lastnight someone mentioned that the concert was soon, and i couldnt resist telling them i got tickets for the 15th......they are getting seriously worried about me!!
