yeah, my school was an international school, only one in the country, where people who we working in png and not necessarily from there would send their kids till their contract was up. since we all came from all over the world, our accents must've been influenced by everyone around us, that now we all sound the same, oddly enough, a little american sounding lol weird.

oh yes, criminal intent. he is pretty hardcore and his style is very unique lol

funny you bring up the way he moves lol it's like his signature 'move', his partner puts up with a lot i reckon. i think you are a detective addict lol i know less than a handful so you deserve the crown lol :crown:

hehe you did say that, i did to to a certain extent but i think because it seems real, and there is more drama involved than with horror films that aim to scare the living daylight out of you and with blood in every second scene :lol: however a film like jaws is great. scary but the fun-kinda scary.

well old horror films are scary and funny now, because the very old animation techniques that they used to scare the people lol.. now people laugh at them more than scream... :confused:

i've watched old films that, at the time kept me up at night, but now, i find them funny and often wonder why on earth i was so scared. everything was so unrealistic lol like scream, urban legend, friday the 13th, nightmare on elm street, halloween etc. BUT with the right atmosphere and time of day i could fall into it again lol

i liked urban legend although i reckon there are better films lol...

 

oh yes i recently watched matrix, and i was like :confused: oh this modern technology they used is old now i think... i remember i was so shocked the first time i watched it at the cinema...

the matrix was pretty intense when it first came out yeah, really unlike anything else coming out at the time. the storyline was mindbloggling but soooo interesting. i love films like that. which force you to think about everything. my favorite movie series are oldiers like back to the future and indiana jones etc lol those i really like though none really had the techniques involved in movies like the matrix.

watch V for Vendetta! its the same guys who wrote the matrix but its way way way way way better than all 3 of them! and although there's only like one or 2 fighting scenes they are absoloutly incredible.

yes, i watched it because of the good and interesting critics i read on the mag... and was a good one, if we mean the techniques... although i found some "mistakes" the first time i saw it and now... i mean mistakes involving the main thread of the story and some ideas and comparaisons it says... i don't remember of an exact one now...

same here Ari, especially when i'm really following the story, and i'll see something and thing, wait that's not meant to be there, is it? lol also with house, especially since he can stop the most insignificant speck on the micrograph and make sense of it lol but i can switch that off and just enjoy the show :)

i haven't seen war of the worlds yet but i do intend too. and you absolutely must see the indiana jones series! they are coming out with the final adventure. the first 3 are so entertaining. definitely do if you get the chance!

oh no, they talk about a lot of medical terms that i wouldn't know if they made a mistake or not lol in those cases i just enjoy the show as you say.

lol yay for ya new tv, that can make the different to enjoying a show or not. i hope you like indiana jones, harrison ford is a great actor and plays the adventurer really well! there are a lot of other well-known actors too and tonnes of funny moments lol

oh i agree with you... i could disagree at some medical terms that i know.. i mean of illness that someone i know is mentioned and if they describe their sympthoms and stuff like that not correctly... for instance diabetes...

anyways i use to enjoy it a lot and don't mind of the medical terms too much.. just learn and learn.. and yeah follow the thread of the story.
