My brother and my sister-in-law got to travel all over the world, live in Italy and Guam and they both love it. My brother is actually in Iraq right now.

But I'd deffinatley join and serve my country.

No way for as long as I live and breathe. I'm totally against weapons at all and think it's sooo stupid to allow guns in homes! (Like in the States, yeesh!)

I'd go to war to protect my country, my home, my beliefs. But id do more damage to my own side. seeing as how i shot my own side by accident, every time. i suck.

Haha. A snake I could understand if it's self defence, bit pigeons? :lol: Well, we shan't be fooled, they may just seems like irritating birds, but they can be lethal. ;)

like we have to keep some animals from overpopulating...so im for that, hunting to eat..but not trophy hunting whre you kill it and waste the meat.

I would fight in a war depending upon the cirumstances.

My family, friends and the rest of the people in my country. So they could stay safe. And for all the other hopeful kids who need to experience life. So they could have that chance.

i understand the family,but ask your friends: "Would you fight for me?"

I have to join the army... it's a civil duty for everyone- girls and boys... unless you have some sort of physical or mental disability (or if you're pregnant or married a pacificst or really relegious... there are ways to get out).

It's one of our duties to give something back to the country just like paying taxes. Girls have a 2 year service and boys have 3 years. So instead of going to college after High School, we join the army! Fun isn't it?

 

Most girls end up being secretaries for commanders and stuff.

But I ain't gonna do that, I know where I'm heading...... it's confidential ;)

I honestly wouldn't care if they would fight for me or not. I know where I stand, and I also know where they stand. Whether they believe in the same things I do or if they'd sacrafice themselves for me...it doesn't matter.

Actually, my friend told me that she wanted to join the military and her reasons were exactly mine. Some probably wouldn't, just 'cause I know a bunch of selfish people. But it doesn't matter to me. I would think of it more as a calling if I joined up. I'd be honored to fight for the U.S

Terrorist bombings had nothing to do with Iraq, or its people. It was a seize mission in order to protect the country from its leader, it had nothing to do with protecting americans.

i'm glad that your brother comes home,but in my opinion till US has a president like Bush,there's no worth to fight for...

same situation in my home country till Putin and his "friends" rule the country i would never fight for them,their principles

I don't think that everything our country does is right..or moral, but I'll still stand behind our leaders' decisions. I know I'm not as up to date on the current government at the moment, but I believe that our soldiers aren't seizing Iraq are they? We're trying to set up a government right? I'm sorry if I seem uninformed but that's what I was told. And I would still fight for our country no matter the leadership. I can tell that you dislike President Bush, no?
