Ok..............there are many awards in this world........like the oscars..it's said it's global.but it isn't..the films nominated are mostly american films.and there is a special category best foreign ilm or something like that...this is no logic to me..........it's the same with the europe music awards.......the bands/singers nominated in the main categories are from america or england....german bands or other bands don't have a chance.........there are special categories for those "unimportant" countries....again no logic.I hate that!

unfortunately the russian rock music is very under-rated (i don't mean TATU)...i bet you never heard about Bi-2,Splean or Zemfira,their music is amazing.Splean are the russian Radiohead,love them :heart:
