Ok guys....I need your support......I have to change something in my life.......getting a healthier lifestyle,improving in school and stuff..........I need a bit of YOU!Please support me here......please............well......I'm feeling really bad since the last days...I'm so inconsequent.....i need some support....maybe you can give me the right support......so keep this thread alive for a while.....I'm serious........I need that for my ego........I want to have a better life...I want to be consequent....life is too short to waste it on bad times!

This shows how I feel since weeks,days,months.....whatever........

 

There is nothing in my head

but confusion

There is much in my head

it's called illusion

My state of mind?

Of any kind!

Thinking about this,thinking about that

being really happy,being really sad

Living my life day by day

it seems different but it's always the same way

getting up,eating,learning,getting tired

being in a melancholic mood before bedtime

and listen to beautiful and brilliant music

and seeing at the same time this mess in my room

getting out of balance

#maybe this is ambivalence?

What could it be?Don't know

Maybe my life is just a bad show!

I felt just like that for the past few months. It's a difficult feeling, I understand you completely. It's not weird, and if you need to talk about anything I'll listen :)

 

 

Don't worry, things WILL get better. My life certainly is improving, after quite a dark period. There's always a light at the end of the tunnel :D

i have a friend who has the same feeling (at least i think) and i'm cheering her up by telling her that you still have a future ... you're a young girl ... there is no chance that it'll stay like this for the rest of your life.

I think it has a reason..............well............I always want to change something.........sometimes it works but sometimes not.......I'm not satisfied with my life.....if I could change some things I would be more happy!

You knw..every evening I go to my room get really sad and think about my life.....I am so depressive then..........I'm so sad and confused inside....and this you can see in my poems...I have this feeling since about a year now!

I guess you're too much of an idealist ... can it be that? you have to realize that not everything in your life is gonna be all perfect, it not a happy thought but once you accepted it it'll be way better. :)

i've been feeling a bit of a mess lately too, i can't find time to do any of the things i need to do yet i spend all this time on this forum.......... i have a feeling i know what's making me do not so great in school

I should do something to make my life better as well... I'm always so bored and my life is just the same things every single day... Nothing interesting ever happens to me...

I don't know how many threads I already create like this one...but I think I'll stop this now.......I always make those threads out of a feeling I have soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo often............maybe something went wrong in my life.............but I'm sorry............I'll have to make it on my own and that's it!

yes it happenned to me once.. i was reallllllllllllllly upset and i started a thread like this. But it was pretty bad...

I like you alot Julia, so I will say, that if you wanna get happy/fit/feling better...look around, and find some interests that you can do where you live. When you find yourself doing things you enjoy..you will always have that thing to cheer yourself up...

The last way out of this..is writing poems..about my thoughts....feelings.what's going on........and I'm sure this will happen again this evening!My poems understand me as stupid as it sounds! :confused:

Of course there are those things...........I play tennis in a club here......am in the music club.....yesterday I went to this bar with my friends...I forget my sadness then........but sometimes I even think about it there.....because I admire them!

I wasn't refering there to my aims.......just wanted to tell you how I handle with my problems! ;)

Well....................I wrote a lot of stuff like that........when I'm feeling bad I just begin to write and it always ends in things like that one (the topic,the confusion.......)..........after that I feel better!

Writing is a great cure to things, I find it helps me a lot. Also, when I went to see a therapist about my depressed feelings she told me that what helps to make you feel better is a healthier diet (I wasn't eating a lot of protein, I had to change that) and excercize. Not incredibly strenuous activity, but just a good run on the treadmill makes a world of difference, it really does. Plus you feel like you've accomplished something by the end of the work out. It's a great feeling!

 

 

I hope you start feeling better :D Try writing about happy things, like music. Maybe write some goofy, funny poems. Push the bad thoughts from your mind for awhile and amuse yourself! :)
