well..i have a theory (yes another one )..he did the same thing before apple's birth and right after it cut it of. gwyneth has been growing her hair since the start of her pregnancy and it's wide known that she's superstitous (spelling?). the same thing goes to apple...whose hair is pretty long too. ;) so..he'll cut it..in 2 months or so..
