Damn...I don't like all this switching bullshit. I was getting used to that other board. Plus, now nobody is going to talk about this show again!

Anyone who went to the D.C. show, please post pictures! And a setlist pretty pretty please!

SetList

This was on the coldplay.com message board:

SETLIST:

Square One

Politik

Yellow

Speed of Sound

God Put A Smile On Your face

X&Y

How You See The World No.2

Don't Panic

White Shadows

The Scientist

Acoustic set:

Til Kingdom Come

Ring of Fire

Trouble

Clocks

Talk

Encore:

Swallowed In The Sea

In My Place

Fix You

My First Coldplay Show

This was my first Coldplay concert. I was sitting in section 400 in the very top left side of the MCI Center. The people sitting around me were obviously not big fans. They never stood during the show and threw beer at me as I watched because I stood up. I did not let that dampen the evening though. It was by far the best concert I have ever attended. When Square One began I almost lost ocntrol. I have been trying to get to a COldplay show for sevral years now and I have finally lost my Coldplay virginity. It was a great evening and the encore was amazing.

To the girl who made the signs, I saw Will Champion holding one of your signs as he walked off stage after Fix You. He was projected on the screen holding it.

Yeah I had pretty bad seats, in 107 i think? But when i saw them I was like "Hollly crapp I can't believe they're actually human and they move" because I obsess about them so much and theyre like GOD to me and I was waiting for this for everrr. The people behind me were awfulll and didnt stand up or cheer at all

When i play the videos I took on my digital camera you can hear my screaming which sounds like I'm being tortured and about to die

^^ I know! They ARE human! I thought that exact same thing the first time I saw them! :D

Adam1, good to hear that you still had a good time despite those assholes near you! Congrats on losing your CP concert virginity! It's gooood...

My friend and I were in section 104, so our seats weren't the greatest...BUT guess what section Chris ran to during In My Place!!! We jumped over the seats in front of us and we actually got to touch him...I am still coming down from it. One of the best nights of my life. Thank you, Coldplay. :)

That setlist looks accurate except they played Twisted Logic, not X&Y. I am positive of this. :)

I have a REALLY good video of yellow but when i uploaded the videos they didn't work because I'm working on a freaking apple ibook..and nothing works on macs..so after spending about 2 hours trying to figure out how to do it i gave up.

So, what are the chances we'll be able to find a bootleg of the show?

I'll try to post my pics when I can... I was kinda far, so don't expect much...

No, they didn't play Twisted Logic, it was X&Y. I was there and the setlist is accurate. You must have gotten a special performance that the rest of us didn't get invited to.

I was at the DC show on March 2, 2006. It was my first Coldplay concert, and it was my 10 year old's first concert ever. He will never forget it. It was amazing. I applaud Coldplay (and Fiona Apple) for starting the show on time, and playing late into the night.

I have already bought tickets to the Philadelphia show in April, which looks to be their last US appearance for a long time.

Hey everyone here...I was in section 121 and my friend was in 119...they were awesome seats..but wouldve loved the floor...but just moved here in Dec and tickets were already sold out so I was lucky to get these....and I had one of the signs....thanks to Amy....I loved the show and I am still loving the memories of the concert....I posted links to videos on the CP website but was told to delete them due to legal issues...but I know I sent some of them to you...(I notice your names are the same here too...) Looking forward to chatting with all of you more..

Big CP hugs....

I guess my friend and I are both crazy, then, 'cause we both swear it was Twisted Logic. I remember looking over at her and saying something about it. Whatever...maybe I was hallucinating. ;)
