I don't think people are dishing out bad reps...they all seem to be going down. Mine has, but it doesn't say on profile. I think it would.

If you go to your user CP it will show your reps at the bottom, green are positive, red are negative.

 

I got red in a post badmouthing Rick, and he was online when it was given.
