yea, I was looking in the lovely thermo-book and it said a person who burns 2200 calories a day would only lose .28 lbs which is like .13 kg or something in a day... not only that but it's worse than if you eat because when you have no food your body uses up fat AND muscle tissue. It's actually better to eat healthy and do some excersize rather than starve yourself. :D

 

I found this useful info since I am trying to lose weight :P

yeah starving yourself only causes alot more trouble. i lost about 25 lbs by eating 1400 calories a day and jogging alot.

Well it's kinda childish really.. we were just kids... :nice:

 

When I was in :thinking: second grade I think it was, I had this friend who had a crush on this little kid named Miguel. Well she wanted to be kissed by him..:lol: and she waited so long but he would never give in. He was a shy kid you see... So one day, all of us girls were very annoyed by her because she kept going on and on and on about him. So one of the girls suggested that instead of her waiting for him to kiss that she should just kiss him and get it over done with it. Well anyway, to make story short, we chased the poor little guy all over the school. There was about 10 of us chasing him until we finally caught him... well actually he tripped and fell down and that was when we caught him. Our friend got on top of him while we were all holding him down tight. It is so funny (to me) because he was so scared :laugh4: and that's my nice memory of the little boy named Miguel when I was in second grade :D The End..:P
