Though I haven't been in a gig which I had to sit, I'm sure you are right! If you are among the crowd you can breathe the atmosphere the band creates, otherwise, if you see everything from above, you're too far for appreciate it! :\

 

yes...the 2 concert i went to were of rollig stones and santana...not really among my favourite artists,,,in fact my uncle bought the tickets and he took one 4 me too cause he wanted me to see 2 "legends of the history of music", ....but now that i decide what music I like and what concerts I really want to see, I´m determined to get tickets and places in the croud!;)

well done girl, I think it's the best option!!! ;) Surely it was a good experience for you to go to these concerts (Rolling and Santana), so you can see more how it works and predict how many hours you should be there if you wanna be close from the stage. ;)

I remember myself when I went to the Coldplay gig and I had several doubts such as how early I should be there ('cos I wanted to be at the first rows). Anyway, a friend of mine who had been there before (I mean in the place where they did the concert) explain all this sort of details to me, so I had no probs. :D

Thats true! I had an awesome time:D , I was ready to buy more expensive tickets but they were all sold out, :cry: . I hope some day I get to see a band up close in a concert.
