I just read that the new album might be out as late as 2005 man thats ages away :(

on the plus side I also read that there is goin to be another single released off this album it is going to be god put a smile on your face

Nah, 2005 is too far off. If they wanna remain popular they'll chuck out another album around late next year. IF they leave it too long people will lose interest, and Coldplay are currently at their most popular.

i think chris & co will take as long as they really need...without thinking about their popularity (i guess their management will!)....when they feel theyve got good stuff they will release sth new...& i believe it can last till 2005 :)

We fans cannot last till 2005 without new material.. or at least better versions of the new songs we have now.

 

Chris and co have enough material just based on live performances for a full studio album, I think they're ready to get going on #3.
