THEY say the way to man's heart is through his stomach. And it seems Oscar-winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow is taking that advice seriously, by hiring a private chef to teach her how to cook for boyfriend Chris Martin.

 

Friends say that Coldplay frontman Chris, 26, misses his mum's Sunday roast dinners and is "sick to the back teeth" of hotel food.

 

That's why Gwyneth, 31, has been forced to act, because sources say the actress - who has dropped out of two movies in the past fortnight because of "exhaustion" - can't even boil an egg... Oh dear.

 

Meanwhile, it looks like Gwynie could have a project in mind for Chris, because she may be getting a mite broody.

 

The teetotal pair were spotted outside a Los Angeles juice bar, happily slurping their drinks while Gwyneth fussed over a toddler in a nearby buggy. Chris, on the other hand, looked far from impressed.

 

After a relaxed afternoon at the bar, the lovestruck couple took a leisurely hand-in-hand stroll back home.
