An annoying person dislikes me at all times, more than bitchness (I can be a bitch when I want to so I have no problem with it)

lots of things, but usually I tend to dislike the person at a first sight, specially if the person is doing something really stupid.

like here in my building, there´s lot of parking spaces and lines marking every space. There´s a resident here that always put her car almost crossing the line to the other free space. I don´t know her, never talked to her. But that made me dislike her a lot. Because each space is for a resident here. Now I tend to park my car as far as I can from her.
