No problem:)

Maybe you should practise the penalty shoots again;)

Thanks for the link, Sally.

Well, there's no way anyone (but Rooney himself) is going to convince me that it was on purpose- though it did look sickeningly painful. The guy was fouling Rooney first and pulling him down on top of him, grabbing at his jersey. that said, I'm not 100% convinced it was accidental either.

Pity the ref let it get that far.

^ Seeing the video again, I agree to you.. It's definitely not for sure that it was on purpose. This whole situation was just terrible and wrong..

lol you people make me laugh. Obviously that was on porpuse. Not even Erikson or the other english players had doubts about that. That plus what he did to Ronaldo... red card was deserved.

The referee did a great job during the 120 minutes. I'm just curious to see your reaction if you had had a referee like Ivanov or if someone had attacked your players like the Holland guys did to Ronaldo.

So what? Trying to get a team mathe booked is just unforgivable.

You forgive a guy for hurting other player on purpose but you can't forgive a player for saying the obvious... it was fault. Good to know...

Ricardo Cravalho was Ronald's team mathe not Rooney's. Ronaldo did what the other portuguese players did and what ALL players do in this situation... he said it was fault. What's wrong with that? In my book wrong is stamping Cravalho like that. That's wrong.

Just watch soccer and you'll see that's everyone's reaction.

What? the referee gave him the red card because Robaldo asked?? Give me a break. That's ridiculous. The referee saw everything since the beginning, he was there.

Obviously everyone will believe what they want. LOL But english press made up so many stories before the game so why would I believe that Ronaldo provoked Rooney or that he said "give him a red card"?

I don't believe in the press... I believe in what I see. And I saw the game.

Clean and good match btw. :D

I thought the red card was for loosing his temper and pushing Ronaldo?! Not accidentally stepping on the other guy- who was fouling Rooney when he tripped from what I saw.

Ronaldo was trying to provoke alot of people- Crouch must have the patience of a saint with the way he was getting in his face yelling at him at one point. I would have wanted to punch him if it was me. He might be a nice person the rest of the time, but that day Ronaldo made me think of Draco Malfoy.

When Ronaldo was talking, not really yelling, at Crouch, he was obvously telling him that he should have kicked the ball out since the portuguese player was hurt, and crouch kept playing.

I'm not saying Rooney is innocent. I'm not saying that he only got the red card because of Ronaldo telling the referee to do so. I'm just saying that Ronaldo has already been an arrogant bastard the days, weeks and months before.. He was rude to Crouch and he provocated Rooney, I just can't stand him...

for what is worth Rooney and Ronaldo are still friends... or at least don't hate each other and Rooney told Ronaldo not to believe the English press.

So... saying that Ronaldo provocated Rooney doesn't seem really true.

And I think both Rooney and Ronaldo are two imature 21 years old kids :P but they're good.

^ I read just today that the whole ManU team says that they don't want Ronaldo in their team anymore.. I mean, not the OFFICIALS said that, but the players. And Rooney said in an interview something like "I can't play with him anymore. I want him out."

Well, we can't know what's exactly happening.. I think they're just two young boys without not enough experience. We'll see what happens..

But I still think that Ronaldo won't have it easy at ManU anymore, all the teammates and fans hate him - maybe it's not true that the teammates hate him (who knows if we can trust the press), but it's certain that the fans do!

Rooney might be immature, but I think Ronaldo isn't.. He's arrogant and I think he knows EXACTLY what he's doing.. He's definitely an intrigant (can you say that in English?)!
