but has anyone heard of the Scottish band Del Amitri?

 

I think they are really good, and was wondering if anyone here is aware of who they are lol, coz seriously not many people do it seems

Well...that's the only song of theirs I know, lol. When I was a kid me and my older sister used to sing that song all the time, it's great!

No they are not lol, they broke up a while ago, my parents are from Scotland originally so I guess that is why I've heard of them...but Roll To Me is their most famous song lol....there other stuff is really good

Del Amitri!!! Yay!!! They sang Scotland's official world cup song in 1998 called "Don't come home too soon" and I bought it! Really good song and some nice b-sides too! Their name means "from the womb" in Greek by the way! Hehe so random to bring them up!

Yes!! Great song, I have it on their best of album! And yes i read somewhere that is what Del Amitri means, they never really explained it themselves, and they dont appreciate being asked by the sounds of it lol
