A moderator is the person who moderates the forum..... thats all.

They look after everything is writen here and keep things tidy and not offensive. They are the "godness" of the Forum. You must not bother them, not even talk to them. Thats my perception of a moderator. Hope it helps

They must be approachable, willing to help, be good at communicating and sort out your problems. They are not part of the Matrix, and are very friendly with extraordinary powers of morale-boosting. They are the good agents ;) :P
