Go here and paste the link of the video..choose youtube and click on "download" :)

then after the page has loaded click on "download link" and save the file as a .flv file, but you will need a FLV player to see the vid

I use Riva FLV enconder to convert the .flv video into a .mpg

you just need to save it as a .mpg where it says destination video file and voila! :wink2:

Or you could send a PM to the uploader of that video and ask them to send you the orginal film

how were you able to download it as a flv file Grace? it only lets me save as a document therefore still sees it as an unknown file type.

 

perhaps vid i'm trying to download is one of those videos that Grace describes as un-downloadable (?).

If somebody could help it would be much appreciated, need these Cold War propaganda videos for an assignment.

I've put them here cause they're actually very interesting and hilarious. i couldn't stop laughing, i can imagine what future generations would think of the propaganda today.
