The U2 frontman tops an MTV poll commissioned to mark the 25th anniversary of the channel. Over 4000 people are understood to have been questioned in the survey. Michael Jackson and Madonna came second and third in the poll, which has been illustrated by an image placing the top 15 stars superimposed as royalty on the balcony of Buckingham Palace. Kurt Cobain, Prince, Eminem, Kylie Minogue, Snoop Dogg, Justin Timberlake, Sir Elton John, Beyonce Knowles, Robbie Williams, Pete Doherty, Christina Aguilera and Britney Spears also feature in the image. Gwen Stefani, Adam Ant, Pink and the Spice Girls are amongst the other music icons to feature in the Top 25. MTV's 25th anniversary takes place tomorrow, August 1. :stunned: wtf? Musically he's good, but outside of music he's just annoying. Michael Jackson - Fair enough actually, outside of music i can't stand him but musically he's brilliant. Madonna - Talentless bint. Kurt Cobain - Extremely talented and a great songwriter, deserves to be in the list. Prince - A great all round entertainer, deserves his place here also. Eminem - OMFG, this is a fucking joke, he can't even rap, the only reason he is where he is is because he's white.
