Will and Guy smoke, Chris doesn´t smoke and I heard that Jonny quited smoking like a year ago.

yes jonny smoke remeber on the live 2003 dvd wher he calls on that mountain . And yeah Guy smokes to i remember when i saw them live guy was even smoking during one of the songs in secret offcourse

When I saw the Coldplay live 2003 DVD Johnny and Guy both appeared to be smoking, whether it was the stress of having to play so many dates in America or they smoke all the time I don't know:\

In the band's backstage rider, they always ask for Marlboro cigarettes...lol. Those are STRONG smokes, too.

 

Chris isn't a smoker, but he's been spotted once or twice with a cigarette in his hand. I suppose he COJLD have been holding it for Will or Guy...???

I think that the band members are tryng to keep a secret in theyre smoking habit( if theres one) cas they don't want all the coldplay fans to fallow their lead LOL. There are too many smokers in this world anyway, another 100 million, and we all get into cancer and stuff like that.

You're right. I started smoking because I thought it was 'cool'. That's the reason alot of ppl start, and a young kid thinking their musical idols smoke is more likely to start. Coldplay are very aware of the impact they can have on their fans, so they probably don't make a point of being too public about it.
