August 23, 200619 yr Author technically we made it worse by attacking Iraq. Iraq was the counterweight to Iran, Iran didnt develope nukes because Iraq was in the way and that would lead to a war. But now Iran is sitting back thinking, what stupid Americans!!! now we dont have to worry about Iraq getting in the way, and all of the Sunni's and fighting the Shiites. So in a way we have created more terrorists than we could ever destroy. Now since there are many more Shiites than Sunnis, the Shiites will win their civil war, and when that is over with, guess who else is Shiite???? yep Iran. So now we can thank the brilliant George W Bush for destroying the only stable part of the middle east and creating a whole new warzone ALLLLLL because he said there were nukes there. Then when that didnt work, it turned into "oh no we wanted to free the Iraqi people from opression" that it BULL sh*t, if we wanted to free people from opression, there are plenty of oressed people all over the world who need help. We attacked Iraq because we wanted to throw our weight around and show whos boss, we knew there were no nukes there, and that is WHY we attacked them!! We wanted to get rid of someone who "had" them, and make us look good, while not really starting a real confrontation. But now that Iraq is out of the picture and fighting each other, Iran is basically doing whatever they want now! thanks george we fucked up things big time by attacking iraq....but we'd still have to deal with Iran either way, iraq war or no iraq war. ps iran has been doing what it wants since the shah fell....it didnt need a war in iraq to not care about the US. but it has more room to make trouble now because of bush.
