Finishing a letter to Senator Russ Feingold, hoping he can whisper into Barack's other ear.. "war is dangerous Luke! Be wise to the ways of the Jedi, and use all other means first; and remember you friends on Tatoonie - going it alone, is to divide the forces of good, and weaken our chances of survival. A wise Jedi knows that the force grows in strength when it is within its own fellowship"

1:47 am...trying to sober up. Jagermeister was NOT a good choice.

It never is. That stuff tastes awful!!:stunned:

Don't get me wrong! On occasion I love to take a shot or two...but tonight was just ridiculous. My best friend bought the largest bottle they had available at the store and the five of us proceeded to drink 3/4 of the bottle.

I am going to be hurting tomorrow, that's for sure. Honestly, I am surprised that I can still type.

It's 1:01 am. I just finished watching Hot Fuzz on HBO! :laugh3: Now I'm watching anime! :D

Me too!!:stunned:

So what happened to the other four? Are they all "game over"??

They're all asleep. I don't drink this heavily that often, so I feel better staying up and waiting until the room doesn't spin when I lay down to fall asleep. I think I am fast approaching that time now, though.

I hope you're now consuming copious amounts of water!:stunned:

I had a few glasses but I know it will just take time to get it all out of my system. I really am disappointed in myself. I don't usually overindulge like that.

:laugh3:If you remember to keep one foot on the floor, then the room stops spinning! But yea, the water is a very good idea, and maybe an aspirin too - helps prevent hangovers (well, really bad ones at least!):P

Avoid Wacker Drive tomorrowm and you'll be just fine..;)

What's Wacker Drive?? A very pot-holed road??

Lower Wacker Drive is one of the streets in Chicago. Basically, the one the elevated train goes over - and it's bizarre to drive on, because it's got some kind of steel grating beneath it (I think it goes over some rivers and god only knows what else), and it makes this roaring sound from the tires when you drive on it..:laugh3: Check it out - just rent the Blues Brothers movie, and they at some point drive on Lower Wacker Drive.;)

Yea, come to think of it - that is a funny name! Wacker drive, as though it "whacks" your car's suspension system!

In that case, I've probably driven on it.:stunned:

Here is what the Encyclopedia Galactica has to say about alcohol. It says that alcohol is a colorless volatile liquid formed by the fermentation of sugars and also notes its intoxicating effect on certain carbon-based life forms.

The Hitchhiker's Guide also mentions alcohol. It says that the best drink in existence is the Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster.:)
