But the point were making is the muslim world does not get as mad about terrorism. You do not protest in the streets or have your religious leaders speak out. It makes the muslim world look very bad. People may personally have dislike for the terrorist attacks but its not made that public like their anger over silly cartoons or the pope.

Yes. For me and for many others the terrorists, no matter what religion they claim to fight for, aren't religious at all, they're just a bunch of anarchists who want to create chaos by brainwashing young people till they kill themself and take a lot of people with them.

The West only thinks of it as a violent religion because the media only puts up a negative perspective and chooses to show all the violent riots and protests. Christianity has some skeletons in its closet too- the Crusades, where they slaughtered Muslims and Jews. You can't say that Islam is a violent religion without knowing ANYTHING about it. Islam literally means "submission to God". No Muslim in their RIGHT mind would support acts of violence or terrorism, these people choose to react this way because it's what gives them ATTENTION from the rest of the world.

There seems to be something ironic about being told what a peaceful religion Islam is, yet everytime something negative, or something merely perceived as negative to Islam makes the news, Islamic leaders warn that violence may follow.

You misunderstood me,I mean by civil matter and holy matter,that the Holocaust isn't a holy or sacred thing to the Jews.Like the Crusades,in spite of it lunhed in the name of Christianty but it a civil matter,you can deny it and argue it and it's not a holy thing to the Muslims

 

 

I want to explain why the Muslims get angry from the Pope.That because we consider him the head of the Christianity,we used from him defending the Islam when anyone insult the Islam.We consider him the most moderate voice in the Western world and there is a special relation between Vatican and El-Azhar
