Well about the dvd I think it's EMI's fault, about the new album due til 2008 I think they need a rest and time to prepare the album, about the Hardest Part Video : It's a cool video :) (Maybe a little bit corny), about there wasn't White Shadows video: I think that was Emi's idea....

 

Although you forgot another thing :

 

They didn't visit Latin America in this tour, but then again that was EMI's fault :lol:

2. Well, some bands never do B-sides so just be grateful for what you get

3. There wasn't a What If vid either and we survived

4. Not a disaster, that's a bit harsh, maybe just not accepted well by the fanbase

I'm quite angry right now about the dvd thing, c'mon, which band these days doesnt release a dvd after the tour!!! and trust me on this, im sure it wont be televised in Latinamerica...

I'm not gonna complain or whine that Coldplay has been disappointing lately since:

 

a) it's probably EMI's fault

b) the guys have been touring and putting out albums every two or three years, so I'm pretty content. :)

 

I was kinda heartbroken when White Shadows wasn't a single. I was really looking forward to a video for it. :( I also had a whole idea of a White Shadows video that I thought was kinda cool, heh, and I wanted to see if what I had in mind would come even close. :laugh3:

--> personally, i loved the hardest part video, it was hilarious and showed another side of their videos, and it was completely unique!

 

--> i feel indifferent about no white shadows video, it would've been great if there was one, but i'm not disappointed. cp have done a lot for the fans in the past 2 years and i don't feel right complaining.

 

--> the dvd is probably the only real disappointment i had but not at the band. i sure the reasons for pulling it were appropriate but like everyone, i would've appreciated being informed about those reasons.

 

--> as for their next album, i rather us wait 2-3 years for an excellent album instead of one released next year that's mediocre. i feel they all need a break, esp chris and guy who can spend more time with their children. they should eahc gather individual inspiration then reunite and collaborate their ideas in to a brilliant album. i feel confident their next album is going to

2. HYSTW (live) was a b-side on THP. WI and WS are only-radio singles, why would they put the b-sides on them??? many bands release radio-promos...

And the coldplay men are very hot in it ;)

1] That does suck.

2] So? It really wasn't a big deal to me. And also, many bands release singles with no B-sides.

3] Did anyone ever say there was going to be a video? They're off tour and are probably sick of hearing about X&Y. There is no reason for them to make a video for a song their releasing long after they're off tour.

4] The Hardest Part video was a joke. A JOKE. I think they felt used by they're record lable and decided to do something completly wacky and un-Coldplayish that no one would like. And you know what? It worked.

5] They didn't "skip" any city. They went to cities they hadn't been to in the first leg with the exception of the southern California coast and New York. They went to Oklahoma City and Orlando and went back to Tampa. They also "skipped" Atlanta, but they had already been there. Why should I feel like I should get a second show?

6] They can take however long they want to with their album. I've never been so excited for a new one, because I am not content with X&Y, but I'm really not concerned with how long it takes.

 

I wasn't attacking you or anything, just trying to reason. Remember that they are humans even though they're in an amazing band.

For all those in countries that are worried about the TV tour thing not being televised in their country. DONT WORRY, everyone here on coldplaying faithfully uploads everything. it WILL be up soon after the event, i guarantee

No need of a list for me.....Coldplay disappoints me when I listen to X&Y.
